pulley on a 05 altima 2.5s

hi im new to this forum. i have a 05 altima 2.5s auto. i want to know if buying a light crank pulley for my car will improve acceleration & if a cold air intake will better throttle response. Also does any altima owners live in southern california have a altima to especially a 2.5s altima live there cause i live in riverside california. i'm thinking of getting exhaust down the road i would like to know if they would be nice enough to let me hear their car & maybe drive it or meet up somewhere thks.
