Was wondering what the eyelids were actually made out of and how they are installed?

Most of them are carbon-fiber and you attach them with some heavy duty double sided 3M tape. And when I say heavy duty, they are really a bitch to take off. When I decided to install my angel eyes I had to remove the eyelids and it took me almost 2 hours.

Carbon fiber? I'm thinking you mean fiberglass lol

They are definitely a pain to take off.. Think about it this way, if they don't fly off at 100+ mph they're not going to come off easy..

They are made out of fiberglass, and yes, the adhesive tape is very strong.

Has any one here played around with vinyle stickers? I used to have graphics up the side of my jetta with them, but was thinking of how I might be able to customize my headlights with them, not sure it would work.Always trying to come up with things that other people don't have.
