Most of you are pretty familiar with my car...What would you think about this wheel???

    Hypothetically Speaking... BPwJOOwBmkKGrHgoH-DUEjlLlypo6BJ1PK0

It is a hyper silver finish, and is a stock wheel for the 07 G35 sedan...17x7.5

With a 45-series tire, these wheels would look great on your car!

Pass. You can find a set of G35 18's for cheaper.

    Repaint your calipers. Very Happy

True on the 18"s...I like this design though, and I am not too sure about the smaller tire 18"s would require and the resulting ride quality. My car is still not that bad even with the lowering...

Oh I already know all about ride quality. I'm running on a 245/40s. Feels like I can feel every single pebble on the road. Very Happy But it should be that bad with a 45-series tire. And it would fill in the wheel well a lot better then a 17" rim.

225/50/17...same as my current tire/wheel combo. Rides pretty decent overall.

Besides, it is not a wheel everyone else is running either...

amen to the ride quality---mine are 245 35 20 and it sucks---driving to seatlle on the 5 i feel like i am going to fly off of the highway--it is actually scarry. i am looking into dropping to 18's on a 40 profile.

The car is about 1/2" lower in the front now too, and maybe another 1/4" in the rear. That is a pic from last August...

Well, take the 'hypothetical' out of the title. The wheels are on hold until someone I know and trust that lives in the area where they are can go and check them out for me. If all is well, I will end up receiving them soon...

Who knew it would be so difficult to find pictures of these rims.

The reason why this image is so small is because I had to enlarge the rims (from it's original picture) by 250% which left them distorted. To give it a better representation on the car it had to be sized down a little bit.

Well, I finally broke the news of the new wheels to the wife. Extenuating circumstances made it difficult to try and explain why I had not told her prior to this. Thankfully, I spilled the beans while there were no sharp objects around. This wasone of those cases of asking for forgiveness rather than permission...

I have the wheels in my possession now. I checked the offset and they are stamped as 45mm, so perfect fit for the Altima.

Hopefully, mounted with new tires tomorrow.
