Oh I already know all about ride quality. I'm running on a 245/40s. Feels like I can feel every single pebble on the road. But it should be that bad with a 45-series tire. True on the 18"s...I like this design though, and I am not too sure about the smaller tire 18"s would require and the resulting ride quality. My car is still not that bad even with the lowering...
