So as some of you know i had my engine rebuilt back in september of last year. Well 2 days after a radiator hose burst. THen the next week the upper pan gasket had a hole that was leaking oil right abouve the filter, they pumped it full of silicone. Then 3 months ago my cv boot is already ripped and i only have 65k on the car. Now my ac wont work. I turn it on, it makes a hissing sound, and when i get on the gas it makes a loud buzzing sound, and no cold air. Nissan says im over my warranty, but i have a warranty on the engine for a whole year, 12,000 miles. They say the ac is not covered, i say it is. Because they had to unhook it, then reinstall it on the rebuilt motor. It worked before for last summer, then this year, 7 months later, since i havent had a single time to use the ac since the rebuild, when i go to use it it doesnt work? sounds like they didnt do it right. Im already burning a quart of oil with every oil change, since the rebuild, they say its normal, i say NO its not for a freshly rebuilt motor, 1 pint is to much to burn even in that car right now. Im just so fucking stressed right now about this shit. they say 1,500 to fix the ac, i just dont know what to do other than sue and see about a class action law suit against nissan corp.

Unfortunately VQ35's and burning oil is a common thing. 1 quart every oil change really isn't that bad. It's really bad when you add a quart every few hundred miles. Sad

Well today i got a new ac compressor, pump, lines, everything related to the ac system in my car is now new. And nissan (after days of arguing with nissan corp.) did it for free. So yay me. I win for once lol.
